Adrenal Fatigue happens to the adrenal glands that are perched above both of your kidneys because they become stressed and start to not function adequately. The adrenal glands produce certain hormones that assist your body with handling stress physically, mentally, and psychologically.
When they become stressed, because of incessant stress, they begin to not be able to function properly this is what triggers adrenal fatigue syndrome.
People can have the symptoms of adrenal fatigue, but not always actually have adrenal fatigue. However, when you are experiencing several of these symptoms you need to find out from a physician if you really have adrenal fatigue.
